The Plight of the Awake.

I struggle with what to call us and hesitate using the word awake. We’re the most discriminated group in history. We’re hated everywhere we go. If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you hate us too. Why? Because we tell you the truth. We don’t have a choice. It’s who we are.

We’re awake.

Think about a time you were asleep and someone tried to wake you up. It pissed you off huh? It’s kind of like that. No one likes their alarm clock, but it’s time to wake up.

Awake is not to be confused woke. The word woke and the ideas now associated with it have been hijacked by the establishment. It’s a derogatory term used to describe someone who’s pretending to be something they’re not. They’re pretending to be aware, but they’re still dreaming.

The few who do occupy this true waking realm of consciousness are striving to solve the mysteries of existence. Every other pursuit is secondary.

If you found yourself with amnesia in a moving truck, with several other people and a tv on – wouldn’t you want to find out why you’re on that truck, and where it’s going – or would you argue which channel to watch?

That’s us on planet Earth. Immersed in a vast mystery that we’ve given up contemplating. Instead we’re fighting over what we see on our screens.

Some of us still ponder the unknown, and search for truth.

For obvious reasons our so called authorities don’t want us asking too many questions. They have predetermined answers for us packaged within the content we consume. Which all comes from a small centralized apparatus, and the conversation allowed within its framework is severely limited.

“To find out who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.”

-Voltaire

So what topics will you never ever hear discussed on the nightly news?

The Civilian casualties from the ‘war on terror’, or any question that dares challenge current health bureaucrats. To name a couple.

What would happen if some of these forbidden topics became mainstream? What would happen if we started questioning why our tax dollars are spent on the murder of the poor and working class around the globe?

What would happen if a journalist asked the president if his claims of helping are actually doing harm then good? Would we then also start to wonder if maybe their goal isn’t to help but to hurt us?

There’s a war against humanity. It’s the only war that’s ever been fought. Every genocide from history was part of the same trap we find ourselves in.

World War 3 is not between countries, but between the citizens and it’s governments. It’s happening right now and we’re losing. Our enemies would have you to believe that this is hopelessly irreversible. But if this were true they wouldn’t need propaganda.

The consideration of these forgotten ideas is what those of us who are awake dare to suggest. It’s for this reason we’ve been crucified for millennia.

Jesus challenged the status quo of his time and argued for love over war, then those profiting from war waged war on him.

Princess Diana brought attention to the poverty and suffering created by colonialism, while the whole purpose of the royals was to distract us from it. Then she was murdered- Wait.

I’m not allowed to talked about that. It was only an accident.

A simple car crash.

”This particular phase in my life is the most dangerous. My husband is planning an accident in my car, brake failure or some serious head injury…”

-Princess Diana

Tupac said we have money for war but can’t feed the poor. Shortly after saying this he was choked out and nearly killed by two police officers. Then he was shot 5 times from a hit by a known FBI operative, the day before he was imprisoned for touching a girls but who admitted under oath to having consensual sex with him.

Then he was ultimately murdered, but the police claim they don’t know who did it. If you ask they chop it up to black on black gang violence. And if you suggest otherwise you’re ridiculed as a conspiracy theorist.

Were these murdered celebrities, with their influence and platforms, awake in a world of the asleep? They met similar fates to all of us who share this curse. They say in the land of the blind the man with one eye is king, but in reality, the man with the one eye would get his head chopped off.

Some who are awake might not have massive platforms, and therefore aren’t as threatening to the powers that be, and thus don’t warrant such sophisticated assassinations.

We do however lead difficult lives, constantly ostracized by our peers for having the audacity to challenge authority. More and more frequent it’s even become harder for us to secure work. We are and always have been slowly eradicated from this system. A system that doesn’t fit us anyway.

All dissidence is being terminated. It always has been. So if you don’t feel attacked right now its because you’re compliant but make no mistake, just because you don’t feel attacked doesn’t mean you’re not being attacked. We all are.

If you were blue eyed and blonde haired in 1940 Germany, would you really feel safe?

Some of us have just come to realize the truth behind that question.

Some of us are awake.

I might not have the attention of the head of the FBI, and he might not be plotting my assassination, but he might as well be. They make everything harder for me as a questioner. For all of us. “Things would be so much easier if you were obedient and complied.” That’s the devil on my shoulder talking.

But that’s not in my heart. It’s not in my spirit. For me a subservient life is more difficult. It’s not with living.

It’s not easy being awake but at at least I can sleep at night.
